Enjoy coming here. They are very nice people. The laundromat is very clean. I don't understand how "Michael" seems to have an issue. Jack and his beautiful wife are incredibly nice and speak perfect English. In fact, I'm actually heading in tomorrow morning first thing.

This place is beyond rude!!!!!! I simply called to ask what time they were open until and the woman who answered the phone spoke so softly. When I said to her "I'm sorry I can't hear you" she replied very loudly and clearly "Don't you speak English? What don't you understand?" I then told her that was rude and hung up the phone. I see no reason to treat a customer that way. I will never be bringing my business here or recommending this place to anyone.
Im not exactly sure why kushka has her panties all tied in a knot, but i just visited jack's laundry this evening for the first time and as far as laundry goes, it was an enjoyable experience. Once there, I filled the washer and sat down to do some homework. As I looked around, I noticed a clean establishment with up-to-date laundry facilities. I even had an pleasant conversation with the owner who introduced himself to me. I give Jack's 4 stars only because the TV was a bit loud and it was hard to concentrate on my reading.
